Our response to COVID-19:
Despite the on-going global health challenges, Yocaher Skateboards remain committed to serving you. The safety of our customers and employees is our top priority, while we're continuing to provide our products and services during these tough times.
We are working so hard to deliver products in a timely manner. Due to additional safety measures, processing orders may temporarily be delayed beyond our standard shipping times. We follow our first come, first serve policy and we are doing our best to ship out all the orders as soon as possible.
- Due to the impact and outbreak of COVID-19, we are experiencing delays in order and return processing, and your order may take longer than usual to arrive. Additionally, our call centers are experiencing a high volume of customer calls and wait times may be longer than usual. Thank you for your continued support and understanding.
- Currently, our lead-time for production is around 1 - 2 business days after orders are received. All products are built to order in our warehouse in California. We do require a little bit of your patience as we navigate through these times while ensuring the best quality as we always provide.
- The lead time for shipping is approximately 5 - 7 business days to east coast areas (Not guarantee, as it depends on the carriers). Packages has been delayed from all carriers, due to the situation beyond their control. They are adjusting delivery plans as quickly as possible.
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We currently do not accept international orders. We apologize for the inconvenience. We'll provide updates once our schedule resumes to normal.
- Any discount of promotional codes provided are only valid with purchase from our website shop.yocaher.com. Some exclusions may apply. Offer is valid for a limited time only, while supplies last at shop.yocaher.com. Any discount or promotional code does not apply to gift cards, and taxes, or shipping and handling (unless stated specifically).
- Promotional offer cannot be combined with any other offers or previously purchased merchandise. Only applies to current promo date provided or purchases of gift cards.
- Yocaher Skateboards reserves the right to add, remove or modify discount without prior notice. Other restrictions may apply. Offers only apply to the United States unless otherwise noted. Discount(s) has no cash value. *Certain restrictions apply. Void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted by law.
- We provide FREE shipping on orders $50 or more to the customer of the contiguous United States. When you place an order, we will provide an estimate shipping rates and delivery time for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options that you choose. Shipping and Delivery time estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
- Please note the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Yocaher Return Policy:
- All items must be NEW, unopened and in their original packaging (Box / Labels..etc).
- Items cannot be return in used condition. Once a skateboard/longboard has been assembled, its parts cannot be returned or exchanged as well.
- All returns must be request within 30 days after receiving the item.
- Customer will be responsible for paying any associated shipping cost for the return.
- 25% restocking fee will be applied to all the returned items.
- No returns will be accepted for International orders.
What is covered:
Only the product purchased thru our online shop (shop.yocaher.com) is covered by our warranty. If not, then please contact the original seller for warranty claims. Order numbers and photos will be required. Yocaher Skateboards will repair or replace with our professional option. Our warranty covers 30 days after receiving the item.
If you encounter below situation. Please contact us within 7 days from the day of receiving.
- Delamination of deck, cracked or split deck due to manufacturer defects.
- Package damaged by carrier during transit.
Note: Please keep the damaged box with you for carrier to perform investigation.
What is not covered:
- Used, normal wear and tear of products.
- Damaged caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect, including water damage, grinding, and impact damage.
- Delamination caused by environmental infiltration due to grinding or the removal of exterior finish, warping from exposure to heat, rain, snow or immersion in water.
- Damage caused by improper mounting or adjustment of the trucks, or by using non-standard skateboard hardware for mounting trucks.
- Damage caused by anything other than defects in materials and workmanship.
- Deck damage resulting from any modification of the board made outside the Yocaher Longboards facility including re-drilling, reshaping & damage caused by paints, solvents or other coatings.
- Cosmetic issues including dents or chips, sun-faded or scratches.
- All international orders are not covered by warranty.
Warranty Claim Process:
- Login to your account and click on your order to request return authorization.
- Email the following to: email@example.com.
- Provide the Yocaher skateboards order number.
- Attached detail photos for the defect of the product your claims.
- Describe in detail of how, when or where the defect was discovered during riding circumstances.
- Provide contact information: Name, Phone number, shipping address, and email address.
Notes: You should expect to receive the refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive the refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 5 business days).
