We normally ship our orders out in 1~2 business days.

Any discount or promotional code does not apply to gift cards, and taxes, or shipping and handling (unless stated specifically). Offers cannot be combined with any other offers or used on previous purchases. Yocaher reserves the right to add, remove or modify discount without prior notice. Other restrictions may apply. Offers only apply to the United States unless otherwise noted. Discount(s) has no cash value. Void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted by law.
At the moment, we only ship within U.S. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
If you're not stoked about your board, trucks, wheels or anything else you order from us, we'll be glad to accept a return or exchange.
Here is what you need to know:
- Any returns must be made within 30 days of the order date.
- All items must be NEW and unridden and in their original state (Box / Labels/ Etc). Please make sure to check all your items for defects before use. If you find any issues, please do contact us in 5 business days. Items cannot be returned in used condition. Once a skateboard has been assembled, its parts cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If your item was purchased with our FREE SHIPPING promo, your refunded amount will the total value of your order minus 25% restocking fee.
- No returns accepted on International orders, unless product is defective.
- The following situations are not accepted for return.
Breakage due to:
- Improper installation of accessories
- Improper foot positioning when landing high impact tricks
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 5 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
How to make a return:
- Login to your account and click on your order to request return authorization.
- We'll send you an email with exact instructions for returning and an RMA number to use.
When your return arrives to us, we'll check the contents and either issue a refund or exchange depending on what you requested.
