COVID-19 Shipping

Due to increased volume and the impact of COVID-19, we are experiencing delays in return processing, and your order may take longer than usual to arrive. Additionally, our call centers are experiencing a high volume of customer calls and wait times may be longer than usual. Thank you for your continued support and understanding.

Currently, our lead-time for production is around 10 -15 business days after order was received. All products are built to order in our warehouse in California. We do require a little bit of your patience as we navigate through these times while ensuring the best quality we can provide. 

The lead time for shipping is around 7-14 business days (not guaranteed, as it depends on the carrier). However, this is not guaranteed (Packages has been delayed from all carriers, due to events beyond their control. They are adjusting delivery plans as quickly as possible.)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: During the Covid-19 time period, we currently don't accepts international orders (Including Canada). We apologize for the inconvenience. We'll provide updates once our schedule resumes to normal. 

 

Our response to COVID-19

Despite the on going global health challenges we are facing, Yocaher Skateboards remain committed to serving you. The safety of our customers and employees is our top priority, as we continue to provide our products and services during these trying times. 

We are working hard to deliver items in a timely manner. Due to increased safety measures, taking orders may temporarily be delayed beyond our standard shipping times. we follow our first come, first serve protocol and  we are doing our best to ship out all the orders as soon as possible. 

 

Shipping

At the moment, we only ship within U.S. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.  

You are eligible for FREE Shipping on orders $50 or more if you're located in Continental U.S.A. All other locations are not eligible at this time. 



 

Yocaher Warranty:

What is covered: Only if the product is purchase directly with Yocaher Skateboards, order number and photos will be required.  No other warranty is expressed or implied. Yocaher Skateboards will repair or replace at our professional option. Our warranty covers 30 days after receiving the item. 

A.      Delamination of deck due to the manufacturer defects

B.      Damage by carrier during delivered the package

  • Need to let us know within 7 days
  • Need to keep the damage product and box with you, because carrier might need to investigation for this package

 

What is not covered:

A.      Used and Wear

B.      Damaged caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect, including water damage, grinding, and impact damage.

C.       Delamination caused by environmental infiltration due to grinding or the removal of exterior finish, Warping from exposure to heat, rain, snow or immersion in water

D.      Damage caused by improper mounting or adjustment of the trucks, or by using non-standard skateboard hardware for mounting trucks.

E.       Damage caused by anything other than defects in materials and workmanship.

F.       Deck damage resulting from any modification of the board made outside the Canaan Longboards facility including re-drilling, reshaping & damage caused by paints, solvents or other coatings.

G.      Normal wear and tear of products.

H.      Cosmetic issues including dents or chips, sun-faded or scratches.

I.       All international orders are not covered by warranty. 

 

Warranty Claim Process:

A.      Login to your account and click on your order to request return authorization

B.      Email the following to: info@yocaher.com

C.      Provide with the Yocaher skateboards order number

D.      Attach / include detailed photos of claimed defect to your products. 

E.      Detail description of how and when the defect was discovered to include riding circumstances

F.      Provide contact information: Name, Phone number, shipping address, and email address

 

Yocaher Return Policy:

A.      All items must be NEW and unridden and in their original state (Box / Labels/ Etc).

B.      Items cannot be returned in used condition. Once a skateboard/longboard has been assembled, its parts cannot be returned or exchanged as well.

C.       Any returns must be made within 30 days of the order date

D.      Shipping: Rider will be responsible for paying any associated shipping cost for the return of an item.

E.      25% restocking fee will be applied to all the returned items.

F.       No returns will be accepted for International orders. 

 

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 5 business days).
